Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them
and are never seen or stored by Lone Star Retail Buddy. We only keep your plan size
and renewal date.
Business Profile
Your company name, shown at the top of your dashboard. If you have several stores, use your overall business name here — each store keeps its own name under Stores.
Sign-in Email
The address you use to sign in, and where we send account notices and closure alerts.
To change this, email admin@lonestarscratchbuddy.com — your sign-in and your Texas Lottery license records need to stay in step, so we handle it by hand.
Your Data
What we hold and how long we keep it.
We hold your business name, sign-in email, store addresses, Texas Lottery license numbers and the games you carry. Payment details are held by Stripe — never by us.
If you close your account, your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back, then permanently deleted.
Lone Star Retail Buddy is an independent third-party tool. Not affiliated
with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Texas Lottery, the Texas Department of Licensing and
Regulation, or the State of Texas. All data from publicly available sources.
