Lone Star Retail Buddy — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to, or otherwise using Lone Star Retail Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Lone Star Retail Buddy is operated by Lottolabs, LLC ("Lottolabs," "we," "us," "our"), a Texas limited liability company.

2. Description of the Service

Lone Star Retail Buddy is a subscription software tool for Texas Lottery scratch-off ticket retailers. It provides:

• Closure alerts for scratch-off games nearing the end of their sales/return window
• Notifications of high-value winning tickets claimed at your registered location(s)
• Statewide trending and slowest-moving game data
• Comparison data across your own registered location(s)

LSRB is an independent third-party application and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Texas Lottery, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation ("TDLR") which administers the Texas Lottery, the State of Texas, or any of their subsidiaries, partners, or related entities.

LSRB is not an official Texas Lottery product or service. All lottery data is obtained from publicly available sources. TDLR has not reviewed, approved, or endorsed this application or its content. Any reference to Texas Lottery games, prizes, or data is for informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use LSRB, you must:

• Be a legitimate, currently licensed Texas Lottery retailer, or an authorized representative of one
• Provide a valid Texas Lottery retailer license number for each location you register
• Provide accurate, current contact and business information

License number accuracy. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any license number, location, or business information you submit. LSRB performs an automated check of submitted license numbers against real Texas Lottery sales records (via a public Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation data source) at the time a location is added. This check can confirm that a license number has appeared in real sales history; it cannot confirm that a license is currently active, or that the person submitting it is the license's rightful holder. A location may display a "TDLR Match" indicator when this check finds a match — this indicator reflects a sales-history match only and is not a certification of current licensure or rightful ownership. Submitting a false, expired, or another party's license number is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Ownership disputes. Because a license number can only be registered to one LSRB account at a time, registration is currently handled on a first-submitted basis. If you believe another account has registered a license number that rightfully belongs to your business, contact us at admin@lonestarscratchbuddy.com with proof of your ownership (for example, your Texas Lottery retailer license documentation, or another document connecting you to the business and location in question). We will review such claims and may, at our sole discretion, reassign or remove a disputed registration. This is currently a manual, case-by-case process — worth revisiting and formalizing (e.g. a defined response-time commitment, a documented evidence standard) as real retailer volume grows.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• LSRB is billed on a per-location, monthly subscription basis. Current pricing tiers are shown at checkout and are subject to change with notice as described in Section 13.
• Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. LSRB does not directly store your payment card information.
• Your subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — for example, if you are billed on the 1st and cancel on the 5th, you keep access through the end of that month.
• No refunds or partial charges. We do not prorate. Amounts already paid for the current billing period are not refunded, and reductions to your plan take effect at your next renewal rather than immediately.
• Adding a location beyond your current plan's limit requires adding a location slot; the Service will not permit exceeding your paid location limit.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, our payment processor will attempt to collect again over a period of days. If it ultimately cannot, your subscription ends and your account becomes inactive. An account that ends this way is not treated as a cancellation you requested: we retain your data and attempt to contact you rather than deleting it on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Location Slots

• Your subscription entitles you to a specific number of location slots. Each slot may be assigned to one Texas Lottery retailer license at a time.
• Removing a location holds its slot for fourteen (14) days before that slot may be assigned to a different license. You may re-add the same store to that slot at any time during the hold.
• Location slots are intended for retail locations you own or operate. They may not be rotated between locations in order to access data for more locations than your subscription covers.
• Additional location slots may be purchased at any time and become available immediately upon payment. Reducing your number of slots takes effect at your next renewal, and you may not reduce your slots below the number of locations currently registered to your account.
• Lottolabs, LLC may release a held slot early at its discretion, for example where a store has genuinely been sold or closed.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

This is the most important section of these Terms, and should receive particular attorney attention.

LSRB aggregates and presents data from third-party and public sources, including Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) publications and data feeds. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this data current and accurate:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented, including closure alerts, win notifications, trending data, or Store Compare figures.
• Closure alerts and Nearby Competition data (where available) are derived from statistical estimation and publicly available Texas Lottery data, not from TDLR directly, and may not reflect real-time or fully accurate information.
• LSRB is an informational and analytical tool only. It does not, and should not be relied upon to, make purchasing, inventory, or business decisions on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for verifying any information (including via TDLR's own resources) before making business decisions based on it.
• Carried-games and location data displayed may be self-reported by you, derived from Texas Lottery sales data (where available), or a combination of both, and may not merge or reconcile automatically between these sources.

If you believe any data shown is inaccurate, you may flag it using the in-product "Report Inaccurate" feature. Submitting a report does not guarantee correction within any specific timeframe.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false license numbers, business information, or location data
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or gain unauthorized information about another retailer or business
• Attempt to access another retailer's account, location data, or reports
• Abuse the "Report Inaccurate" feature to submit spam, false, or malicious reports
• Attempt to circumvent location or subscription limits through technical means
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond your own account's normal use
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks (including "Lone Star Retail Buddy"), and underlying data compilations, is the property of Lottolabs, LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You retain ownership of any information you submit (such as business details or inaccuracy reports), and grant Lottolabs a license to use that information to operate and improve the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information (including license numbers), or misuse the Service. You may cancel your account at any time.

Upon termination your right to access the Service ends. If you cancelled, your account data is retained for 30 days so that you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off, and is then permanently deleted. If your subscription instead lapsed because of a failed payment, we retain your data while we attempt to reach you. Billing records held by Stripe, Inc. are retained separately under their own practices and applicable financial record-keeping requirements. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA PRESENTED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOTTOLABS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

A specific liability cap — e.g., limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months — is standard in SaaS agreements and should be added here with attorney input.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lottolabs, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your submission of false or inaccurate information (including license numbers) to the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Decide notice method — e.g., in-app notice, email to the account's contact address, or a "last updated" date change — and state it here. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Confirm venue/jurisdiction language — e.g., a specific Texas county — with counsel.

15. Contact
